On September 20th, upscale property developer Keyhole Capital and leading property management company Rooney Property Management celebrated the official kick-off groundbreaking of a brand-new residential and commercial project in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This project is conveniently situated on the south side of Eau Claire near Interstate 94 and Exit 70, close to popular destinations like Johnny’s Steakhouse and the mall area.
